What if my dog needs to see the vet while I'm gone?

If we notice that something may be wrong we will contact you, the owner. In case we cannot reach you or if there is an emergency, we have a vet technician on staff and have your dog's veterinarian contact information on file.

When will my dog be supervised?

All of our dog guests are supervised 24 hours a day, every day of the week. In addition, we have over 15 web cams available if you have an online account.

What if my dog has a special diet and/or takes medicine?

Just let us know what your dog needs. There is no additional fee for administering medicine and if you bring your dog's food, we will subract $5 per day from your dog's stay!
