Dog owners. Secondary would be professionals who wish to work for "The Dog Lodge", though the current website doesn't advertise for employees (though a prospective employee could query through the contact method provided).

If someone visited your web site, why would they return in the future?

I hope to lure in new customers & repeat customers (even if they don't need to create a reservation or get contact information) by the pictures, online account, and webcams. Also, customers can make reservations online (requires more programming on server side).
