The BMCC Campus

Blue Mountain Community College’s main campus is located in northeastern Oregon on a scenic 175 acre site overlooking the city of Pendleton. BMCC also maintains branch campuses in Hermiston, Milton-Freewater, Baker City, and Boardman. BMCC was established by vote on July 1, 1962. Classes started the following September at the former John Murray Junior High School. In 1965, the college moved to its present location. Within 10 years, the original plans for the college construction were completed.
